Campfire-Free S'Mores

We finished off our camping week with a special treat.  Roasting marshmallows over a fire just isn't feasible for us, so we made this fireless version of s'mores.  We started by spreading chocolate frosting on graham crackers.
This was great knife practice for Eva.  She is getting to be so independent!  After the frosting was spread all over the cracker, it was topped with mini marshmallows.  (You could also use fluff.)
That's it!  So easy and so yummy!  (and a little messy- just like any dessert should be!)
