Nocturnal Friends
Eva may not be nocturnal but some of her favorite animals are. This week we will focus on two of the spookier nighttime friends- bats and owls.
Crafts
Bat Mobile- we'll be making a hanging bat decoration (not Batman's vehicle)
Hand and Footprint Bat- once again Eva's prints will be transformed into a critter of the night
Cut Paper Owl- Eva will get to practice her cutting, making feathers for an owl
Activities
Fall Animal Patterns- we got a cute pattern game from our recent Scholastic book order that has owls and bats
Bats on the Moon- Eva will need to count to see how many bats are flying across the moon
Cooking
Owl Snack- check out how we transform a few of our favorite snack foods into an owl
